King Quartet
The sound of this quartet maintains an equal balance between traditional and experimental music that is accessible for any audience. They do justice to the jazz standards while also making a unique statement with original compositions that take influence from countless types of music. They have played many of LA's well-known jazz clubs such as the Blue Whale, Catalina's Bar and Grill and the Alvas Showroom.
Phat Cat Swinger
Phat Cat Swinger is a little big band that brings high-energy performances to a wide variety of venues. Their retro showmanship and wide range of musical styles gather influence from Frank Sinatra, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy while incorporating songs and show elements reminiscent of Elton John and Bruno Mars. The Fresh Rhythm
The Fresh Rhythm is a high-energy collective of jazz musicians dedicated to re-imagining the American tradition of swing dance and jazz music. The band performs as a 12-piece big band, as well as a smaller, 5-piece jazz combo. The big band enjoys a long running engagement Herb Alpert's Vibrato Jazz Club, Disneyland's Saturday Night Swing, The Cicada Club, Joe's Bar and Grill, Clifton's Republic, and was recently featured on Segerstrom Center for the Arts' "Informally Yours" series.
